ACA UPDATE
The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA), signed into law on December 23,2024, eliminates the federal requirement to automatically mail Form 1095-C to employees. Please note that beginning in 2025, you will no longer receive a paper copy of our Form 1095-C unless specifically requested through the Human Resources Office. The 1095-C forms will be available electronically through your Paychex Flex® portal and may be found in the tax documents section once released. Please contact HR with any questions at cjefferson@chevychaseclub.org.
5TH ANNUAL EMPLOYEE PUMPKIN CARVING AND/OR DECORATING CONTEST!
Get ready for one of our favorite traditions — the annual Pumpkin Carving and Decorating Contest! This is your department’s chance to show off your creativity and compete for glory at the 2025 Member Fall Festival on Sunday, October 19.

Each department will receive a pumpkin to carve or decorate (or both!), which will be displayed at the festival and voted on by our members and their children.
​
The winning department will take home the coveted Golden Pumpkin Trophy and enjoy a special department lunch from the restaurant of your choice!
​
Let your imagination run wild — think outside the box and have fun with it!

Pumpkin Pick-Up: HR will notify department heads when pumpkins are ready for pick-up from Clubhouse the loading dock.
Pumpkin Drop-Off: Completed pumpkins must be delivered to the Bowling Green by 10 a.m. on Sunday, October 19.
