401(k) DISCRETIONARY CONTRIBUTION
The Board and the Retirement Benefits Committee provide a discretionary contribution to the 401k program that rewards employees for their years of service in addition to the standard contribution. This year’s discretionary amount is $312,000 and is distributed as follows:

2% of Compensation for the Plan Year shall be made for the benefit of a participant who has at least five (5) but not more than nine (9) Years of Service as of the end of the Plan Year.

3% of Compensation for the Plan Year shall be made for the benefit of a participant who has at least ten (10) but not more than nineteen (19) Years of Service as of the end of the Plan Year.

4% of Compensation for the Plan Year shall be made for the benefit of a participant who twenty (20) or more Years of Service as of the end of the Plan Year.

Team members and new hires must be actively employed at the time of payout.
If the referring team member(s) meet all of the criteria stated above, they may be eligible to receive the referral bonus(es) at the below intervals:

30 days: $75 | 90 days: $100
6 months: $150 | 12 months: $200
