The EAP provides confidential, no-cost support for you and your immediate family, with 24/7 access to Master’s-level professionals who can help with personal or work-related challenges. Services include counseling referrals, financial education and tools, legal consultations, child and elder care resources, and a robust online library covering mental health, emotional well-being, and work/life balance.

Hearing Discount Program
This program offers employees and their family members access to affordable, high-quality hearing care through a nationwide provider network. Benefits include discounted pricing on hearing aids, a 60-day risk-free trial, follow-up care, battery or charging support, extended warranties, and financing options for those who qualify.

PEOPLE OPERATIONS TICKET SYSTEM

Reminder! Our People Operations Ticket System is available as an additional way to connect with our office and receive timely support.

This tool is designed to help us track requests, prioritize appropriately, and ensure timely follow-up. Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours. Please note that some requests may require additional resources or collaboration, and follow-up may be necessary to reach a fully closed resolution, however we will acknowledge your inquiry within 24 business hours.  


To help us address your submission as efficiently as possible, we ask that you:

  • Be clear and concise in describing your request

  • Include your first and last name in the submission

  • Provide any relevant details upfront to avoid delays

Our goal is to be a transparent, reliable People Operations team that is here to support you when you need us. EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM

At Chevy Chase Club, we offer a referral bonus to team members who help us grow with outstanding new hires. To receive this bonus, the criteria below must be met.

  • The referring team member completes the referral form and submits it to HR before hire.

  • Applicant must have the team member’s full name on the application.

  • Team members and new hires must be actively employed at the time of payout.
     

If the referring team member(s) meet all of the criteria stated above, they may be eligible to receive the referral bonus(es) at the below intervals:

30 days: $75 | 90 days: $100
6 months: $150 | 12 months: $200
