Mosaic Resources are Now Available!
Mosaic is a self-service platform, meaning team members are responsible for submitting requests and updating their own information directly in the system, including timesheets, time off and personal information.
Requests will be reviewed and approved by managers in Mosaic. Moving forward, managers and People Operations will no longer make updates on behalf of team members.
Please refer to the guides below for step-by-step instructions. Additional guides will be added as they become available. Team members without computer access may use the self-service kiosk.
EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
We proudly offer a referral bonus to team members who help us grow with outstanding new hires.

The referring team member completes the referral form and submits it to HR before hire.

Applicant must have the team member’s full name on the application.

Team members and new hires must be actively employed at the time of payout.
If the referring team member(s) meet all of the criteria stated above, they may be eligible to receive the referral bonus(es) at the below intervals:
30 days: $75 | 90 days: $100
6 months: $150 | 12 months: $200
